SNS Provides Outsourced IT Solution at Meeting Street
SNS began our valued relationship with Meeting Street in 2009 when we were engaged to provide staff augmentation to the internal two-person IT department that managed all of Meeting Street’s day-to-day IT operations. We immediately put system efficiencies in place, such as a “ticketing” system, service procedures, user-friendly documentation and greater communication, working closely with stakeholders to identify the needs and technology requirements of each Meeting Street program.
Over time, SNS stepped in to become the fully outsourced IT department, placing SNS staff members on the Meeting Street campus on a full-time basis. In addition to around-the-clock help-desk support, SNS works closely with Meeting Street on its strategic planning initiatives and how IT factors in.

Beyond the day-to-day support, we’re happy to have guided Meeting Street through its successful acquisition of The Schwartz Center in Dartmouth in 2014, integrating their respective systems and establishing essential communication between the MA and RI locations. During the pandemic, SNS supported Meeting Street’s swift transition to a remote work environment, ensuring both school and social-service programs continued without interruption.
