She recently lived in Las Vegas for two years and was the group coordinator for Qua Baths & Spa. Ashley comes from a family of four but her mom is 1 of 12 (so lots of cousins). She has an older sister that lives in LA. Her boyfriend is in the IT field and is originally from upstate NY.

As a help desk engineer, Andy performs a wide variety of tasks; from daily troubleshooting to long term technical projects.

Middleborough High School. Studied at Johnson & Wales University, Arbella Insurance for 5 years. First within the claims department and then moving into the IT service desk.
Andy grew up in Middleboro MA., he also has two brothers and one sister. his older brother recently returned from Holland after 3 years and is a chef. His sister is a traveling RN. His younger brother plays in a rock band. Andy's hobbies and interests include golf, cycling, mountain biking, DJing, traveling, warm weather and a cold beer. He has been a DJ for 10 years and last year opened his own business called Hartbeat Entertainment.
Matt provides SNS clients with on site and remote help desk support.
Matt graduated with an Associates Degree in Network Engineering from the New England Institute of Technology. Prior to Joining SNS, Matt worked for Geek Squad providing technical support to clients in their homes as well as in the Best Buy stores.

When Matt is not hard at work providing technical support, he plays guitar in a Metal band.
Ryan helps with pre-Sales, client account management and contracts, procurement, business analysis, marketing, polices/processes and operations.
Ryan went to school at the Gunnery Preparatory School and URI. He's also been employed at a biotech company in research and development studying cell biology and publishing scientific papers on kidney diseases.

Steven provides after-hours help-desk support for SNS clients and contributes to projects for the company.
Steven studied computer science and mathematics at Northeastern University in Boston and is pursuing Cisco, VMware and Microsoft certifications. He joined SNS in 2004.

Steven grew up in Brooklyn, New York.

Brian addresses clients technology issues on the SNS help desk.
He received a bachelor’s degree from the New England Institute of Technology in network engineering. Before joining SNS in 2010, Brian worked in information technology for PricewaterhouseCoopers and was a help desk engineer for Parametric Technology Corp.

Brian plays in ice hockey league and follows Boston’s pro sports teams. “I love the Bruins, Red Sox, Patriots and Celtics.”
Charles provides help-desk support to end users, who bring him issues ranging from the basic to the complex.
Charles graduated from the New England Institute of Technology, where he studied network engineering. He’s been with SNS since 2010. He was previously employed by American Power Conversion, where he worked on single-phase battery units and Netbotz security devices.

Jason makes on-site engineering visits to clients’ facilities and works on the SNS help desk.
Jason earned a bachelor’s degree in network engineering from Johnson & Wales University in Providence and is a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional: Enterprise Administrator (MCITP: EA). He joined SNS in 2007.

Jason’s wife works in Boston as a paralegal and attends law school at night.
Dan manages SNS’s help-desk schedule and helps manage and maintain the company’s facilities.
Dan joined SNS in 2006. He attended Cranston West High School and the Community College of Rhode Island.
Dan’s younger brother served two tours with the U.S. Army in Iraq and is now a police officer in North Carolina. “I could not be more proud of him and his accomplishments.”

An avid hockey player, Dan is a big fan of the Boston Bruins. When the weather is warm, you will find him in front of a grill.
As a systems engineer, Josh makes regularly scheduled visits to the facilities of a core group of clients.
Josh earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston. He also learned a lot from working alongside his father, a master floor installer. He joined SNS in 2003.

Boston, with his wife, Royale, who is a speech pathologist in the Lexington, Massachusetts public school system. They have twins, born in October 2010, who “are growing fast and are an amazing joy.”

Stephen makes on-site network engineering visits to SNS’s clients.
Stephen received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He has the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) credentials. He joined the company in 2004.

Stephen grew up mostly in Troy, New York, and Rosemere, Quebec. He has been married to his wife, Maryellen, for 21 years. They have three children.
Claire installs, configures and supports server and desktop systems for small- and midsized businesses in the Greater Boston area.
Claire received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Louisiana State University in her hometown of Baton Rouge and earned a master’s degree, also in psychology, from the University of Connecticut in Storrs. She worked in the field of mental retardation for 25 years before getting her Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) credential and changing careers in 1998. She joined SNS in 2003.
Brookline, Massachusetts, with her partner Stephani and their two adopted sons, 4 and 16. Her older son is a musician and plays futsal, a form of indoor soccer. SNS sponsored his team, which won its championship this year.
Claire has started playing guitar again. She makes a mean gumbo.
Chuck manages, designs and implements projects for clients; conducts trainings; makes on-site engineering visits; and participates in sales-related activities.
Chuck earned a degree in networks and security from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and started his own information technology consulting business. He joined Team SNS in 2004.

Chuck enjoys karate, soccer, rock climbing and hiking.
Ted helps clients decide how to address their technology infrastructure needs and manages the company’s relationship with technology vendors.
Ted earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Rhode Island in Kingston, specializing in management information science. He worked for the IT companies Dimension Data Systems and Atrion Networking before joining SNS in 2008. Ted is working toward his Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) credential.

Brad went to school at University of Rhode Island and received a bachelors degree in Business Administration – Finance. He's worked for two banks as a lending professional prior to joining SNS in 2004 and is proficient in Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Barracuda to name a few.

Brad has a wife (Jessica) and one year old son (William). He's excited about watching his son grow up and is an expert card player in games such as Cribbage, Hi-Lo Jack, Poker, etc. Brad passionately follows New England Sports teams, enjoys fishing and golf, but most importantly: he enjoys spending time and cooking with his family.
Paul oversees the company’s banking, billing, human resources and payroll and prepares its financial forecasts.
Paul started SNS with his brother, Kevin Low, almost 10 years ago in Kevin’s family room in Watertown, Massachusetts. He graduated from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, where he majored in criminal justice and sociology and minored in history and computer information systems.

Kevin majored in management information sciences from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston in 1999. He graduated from in the Inner City Entrepreneurs’ Streetwise MBA program at Boston University in 2009. Before founding SNS, he was a network engineer for Computer Sciences Corporation, Aegis Associates and for URI. Kevin has five certifications from Cisco System Inc.

Easton, New Hampshire, with his wife, Angela, three children, two dogs, two cats, many chickens and two goats, Gus and Glory.
In his free time Kevin likes participating in fire fighting and search and rescue organizations. As the Captain of the Easton Fire Department Kevin trains, prepares, and leads the men and women of the Easton Fire Department in drills and on scene. He and his family enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, and gardening. Kevin loves home improvement projects and listening to music and is very fond of the Blues. Kevin founded SNS after returning from the New Orleans Jazz Fest in 2003. He marches to the beat of his own band; and a fine band he has assembled.
